Furnished Rental Pricing Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Furnished Rental Pricing Analyst to help optimize pricing and revenue performance across our portfolio of furnished rental properties.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, following structured processes, completing daily tasks, and using data to make informed decisions. You will review property performance, market conditions, pricing dashboards, and booking trends to determine when pricing or strategy adjustments should be made.

No prior furnished rental or revenue management experience is required. Training, tools, and processes will be provided.

* Review property pricing and performance dashboards on a daily basis
* Optimize nightly, weekly, and monthly pricing across a portfolio of furnished rentals
* Complete assigned daily pricing and revenue management tasks
* Analyze occupancy, booking pace, revenue, availability, and other performance indicators
* Identify properties that may require pricing or strategy adjustments
* Make pricing decisions based on established guidelines, property performance, and market conditions
* Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing, local demand, seasonality, and market trends
* Monitor upcoming availability and identify potential gaps or opportunities
* Track pricing and strategy changes to maintain an accurate history of adjustments
* Follow established pricing processes and checklists consistently
* Escalate unusual performance trends or situations that require additional review
* Maintain accurate and organized records of completed work

Prior experience in Airbnb, short-term rentals, furnished rentals, hospitality, pricing, or revenue management is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

A successful Furnished Rental Pricing Analyst consistently completes daily pricing reviews, keeps properties competitively positioned within their markets, identifies opportunities and potential performance issues early, and makes thoughtful pricing decisions supported by data.

The goal of this position is simple: make sure every property is regularly reviewed and strategically priced based on its performance and current market conditions.
