Remote Sales Representative - Rental Property Tax Savings (Hourly + Commission)

The role:

* Follow up on inbound leads and free-estimate users by phone and email and turn them into customers
* Reach out to warm prospects: landlords, Airbnb hosts, and real estate investors
* Answer basic questions, book short consultations, and close the sale
* Keep simple notes on every lead so nothing slips through

You:

* US Citizenship strictly required
* Proven sales experience by phone and email, ideally selling services to US customers
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Available during US business hours M-F
* Self-starter who works independently and hits weekly targets
* Real estate or tax knowledge is a plus, not required. We will train you on the product.

Pay: $20/hr hourly base plus 10% commission on every closed sale. Experienced candidates should break $100k annually within one year. Long-term role with room to grow.
