Helpdesk Support Technician

Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to end users across the organization. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and Office 365 issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience supporting Windows environments, and a solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure, and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
* Support Windows 10 environments, including workstation troubleshooting and user assistance.
* Create, enable, disable, and maintain user accounts in Active Directory.
* Manage user account administration within Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, including mailbox creation and access support.
* Provide support for on-premises Active Directory environments integrated with Azure and Exchange Online (O365).
* Perform password resets, account unlocks, and other user access-related tasks.
* Troubleshoot business applications and ensure software and equipment are functioning properly.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
* Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within the organization's ticketing system.
* Track, update, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and communication with end users.
* Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
Required Qualifications
* 1-3+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience.
* 1-3+ years of experience supporting Windows 10 environments.
* Experience performing common help desk functions including password resets, user account support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Experience working with Active Directory user administration.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online environments.
* Experience using a ticketing system such as Freshworks, FootPrints, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with end users at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting hybrid environments consisting of on-premises Active Directory and Azure.
* Familiarity with Exchange Online and Outlook administration.
* Experience supporting business applications and endpoint devices.
* Exposure to Freshworks or FootPrints ticketing systems is a plus, but not required.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
