Help Desk TechnicianThis is for an open cases analyst position Hours: M-F; 8:30am to 5:30pm eastern time- No OT Fully remote position. CompuCom will provide laptop Must have ticketing system knowledge.They will be looking at open cases throughout the day and try to push them towards resolution by reaching out to techs, managers and logistics teams.Responsibilities: Reviewing open cases and pushing them towards resolution by contacting technicians, logistics or field managers for updates.• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Ticketing Systems, able to work with a team. • What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F; 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern time, No OTAnywhere as long as they can work the hours specified above • What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? None, Fully remote • How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? ASAP What issues have you had with this req in the past?
