Compensation: $100,000 commission-based plus bonus training allowance if you qualify Compensation: $100,000 commission-based Responsibilities:

* Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders * Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales * Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met * Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio * Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients

Qualifications:

* Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office * Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole * Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory * Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus

* Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license
