Commercial Analytics Analyst (Fully Remote)

Deliver Commercial Analytics across client reporting, performance guarantees, dashboards, and priorities. Measure client value using Virta's value model and communicate outcomes accurately. Build dashboards and analyses that surface trends and inform commercial decisions. 90 Day Plan: Learn Virta's commercial model, value frameworks, and core analytics workflows in the first month. Own recurring reporting cycles and improve scalability by days 61-90. Must-Haves: 3-5 years in business analytics or data-focused roles with strong SQL skills. Clear metric definition, documentation, and systems-oriented process improvement. Strong communication translating complex data into insights for stakeholders.
