About the Position
A surgery center near Odessa is seeking a full-time CRNA to join an independent, all-CRNA team. This opportunity offers an outstanding work-life balance with $320K salary, a $30K sign-on bonus, 10 weeks off, and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, bringing the first-year package to $350K+. The practice offers bread-and-butter cases in a predictable ASC setting, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs and new graduates alike. Located in the Permian Basin, the area provides convenient access to Midland International Air & Space Port and major Texas destinations, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and El Paso, for weekend travel and entertainment.
