About the Practice Tufts Medical Center Community Care is a full‑spectrum family practice in Medford, MA, and a proud member of Tufts Medicine. We provide primary care and specialty services to patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatrics, in a physician‑led, patient‑centered environment. Responsibilities Develop meaningful relationships with patients. Provide primary care through same‑day or routinely scheduled in‑office and telehealth appointments. Collaborate cross‑functionally with other providers to deliver comprehensive care. Engage in community outreach to promote health and well‑being. Utilize New Innovative AI scribing, RN/LPN staff, trained MAs, coders, front desk, and billing specialists to minimize administrative burden. Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, innovation, work/life balance, collaboration, and team spirit. Qualifications Medical doctor licensed in Massachusetts (preferred). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current CPR certification. A passion for primary care for patients across all age groups. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary: $260,000–$290,000 annually. 4‑day work week.
