Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator – Direct Hire NKY (based) | Travels OH/KY/IN | Full-Time, Mon–Fri $Competitive Salary + Annual Bonus | Company Vehicle or Allowance | Cell Phone Allowance | Full Benefits + PTO This is a direct hire opportunity with our client, a mechanical contractor specializing in the design, construction, prefabrication, and maintenance of building systems. They're looking for a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to join their commercial plumbing team. You'll split your time between estimating new work (about 60%) and running projects in the field (about 40%) pricing jobs, managing them through completion, and building relationships with GCs, owners, and engineers along the way. What you'll be doing: Reviewing drawings and specs, doing takeoffs, and building competitive estimates for commercial plumbing jobs up to $2M Running projects from award to closeout, including schedules, manpower, RFIs, submittals, and job cost reviews Working with Superintendents and field crews to keep jobs on track Growing the book of business through solid relationships with GCs, owners, and engineers Handling change orders, POs, and vendor/sub agreements What you need: 10+ years in plumbing construction, with real commercial experience Comfortable estimating and managing jobs up to $2M Strong grasp of plumbing codes, systems, and commercial construction sequencing Valid driver's license and willingness to travel around OH/KY/IN Journeyman Plumber license a plus (or willingness to get one) Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD experience a plus Why this role: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, plus cell phone allowance Solid benefits that are affordable Annual performance bonus on top of salary Real mix of estimating, PM work, and customer-facing responsibility — not stuck behind a desk all day Growth opportunity with a company that's actively expanding #J-18808-Ljbffr
