Linux System Administrator - Remote Work

As a Linux System Administrator at BairesDev, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Linux-based infrastructure. You'll ensure system reliability, security, and performance across complex computing environments, supporting critical business operations and technological innovations. What You'll Do: Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based server infrastructures and cloud environments. Configure and manage Linux systems, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Develop and implement robust security policies and practices to protect system integrity. Automate system administration tasks using configuration management tools and scripting. Manage and optimize database and application server environments. Provide technical support and resolve complex system-level issues. What We Are Looking For: 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration. Strong expertise in Linux system configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies. Solid understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and system performance optimization.
