Commercial Service Managers lead and motivate the local Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service with Terminix products to valued customers. Day in the Life As a Service Manager, you will ensure your team is effective, efficient, and maintains high customer satisfaction. Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed successfully. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests. Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Qualifications Associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required. A four‑year degree is highly desirable. 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to relocate is highly desirable. Ability to lead and motivate others. Strong communication skills—written, verbal, presenting. Problem‑solving skills and practical solution development. Capacity to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees. Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on safety. Aptitude for basic/intermediate math needed for calculations related to sales and service. Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Must possess a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
