Senior People Business Partner

Senior People Business Partner role supporting ResMed's software engineering and digital platform teams through organizational strategy, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives. Partner directly with technical leaders to develop talent strategies and organizational solutions aligned with business priorities during AI-native transformation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop forward-looking talent strategies supporting overall business goals
- Execute workforce planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives
- Design and implement policies, processes, and systems enhancing employee engagement and productivity
- Leverage data and technology tools to provide insights for organizational effectiveness
- Lead project teams and serve as best practice resource within the function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of related human resources experience
- Deep understanding of business strategy and organizational development
- Ability to solve complex problems with broad business impact
- Mastery of specialized HR disciplines and cross-functional knowledge
- Project leadership and team management capability
