Engineering ManagerAn Engineering Manager maintains high morale for engineering; teach engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment; solicit suggestions or input from other members of the engineering team; coach or counsel team members effectively; staff consistently achieves standards for the department; discuss problems with employees as they come up; understand the hotel's human resources policies and procedures; treat all employees fairly; use appropriate staffing levels for work demand; promotes hotel service standards and policies.For team members, this means exposure to a wide range of high-energy, guest-facing experiences - from elevated hospitality and events to marina and lifestyle programming.
