Paid Training + Authorized User Certification Nationwide relocation assistance available Hands‑on instruction in PET radiopharmaceutical production Full support toward achieving Authorized User (AU) status What We’re Looking For Interest in nuclear pharmacy Theranostics and radiopharmaceutical production Chemistry and aseptic technique Quality control and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Produce radionuclides Prepare and test radiopharmaceuticals Maintain inventory Manage P&L responsibilities Supervise employees, including HR functions Ensure compliance with cGMP, radiation safety, pharmacy laws, and corporate policies Perform aseptic techniques, sterility, and pyrogen testing per company SOPs Execute QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company SOPs Manage applicable documents and records Delegate preparation and shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authorities requirements Delegate operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment, and associated software Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment Provide exemplary customer service, including telephone support and customer visits as necessary Provide personnel training and staff development Preferred Experience Pharmacy management experience Sterile compounding lab management experience Management of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees Strong communication skills with ability to interpret information and provide or follow complex instructions Ability to work independently or as part of a cross‑functional team Strong customer relations skills Knowledge of MS Windows applications Ability to handle 100 lb. packages supervisory duties Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this position is: $147,740 - $203,137 Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.
