Position Overview Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Digital Marketing Location: Hybrid - Bellevue (3 days/week) Expected start date to end date: July 2026 – July 2027 Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week What You’ll Build You’ll join the SAP Concur Digital Marketing team, supporting search and social performance marketing across paid search, SEO, and paid social. You’ll receive hands‑on training from channel experts and actively contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns with measurable impact. You will help build keyword lists, write ad copy, research competitors, and support campaign analysis and reporting for paid search. In SEO, you’ll optimize webpages, analyze data, implement content changes, audit pages against best practices, and support key initiatives like go‑to‑market launches, newsletters, and AI tooling. For paid social, you’ll work on campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, support Conversion API (CAPI) rollout and server‑side measurement, and assist with testing, reporting, and creating decks that turn performance data into clear stories for stakeholders. By the end of the internship, you’ll have contributed to improvements in campaign performance, delivered insightful reporting, and supported strategic projects across PPC, SEO, and paid social, demonstrating ownership of meaningful deliverables within an integrated performance marketing program. Contribute to high‑impact initiatives tied directly to performance and pipeline growth, with clear, measurable business outcomes. Work within a collaborative Digital Discovery and Performance team, collaborating closely with SEO, paid search, and paid social specialists locally and across global teams. Build foundational skills across key areas of performance marketing, including SEO, content optimization, analytics, ad copy, and website management using industry tools and platforms. Involve yourself in a fast‑paced environment that is rapidly changing, on the frontier of AI in marketing, and working on a globally impactful team. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program. Strong curiosity about how people discover and engage with content online, especially through search. Interest in digital marketing and performance‑driven thinking, even without direct hands‑on experience. A proactive, growth‑oriented mindset: you ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative when tackling new challenges. Comfort navigating ambiguity and trying new approaches, with a test‑and‑learn mentality. Experience collaborating in team settings, including working with diverse stakeholders or across time zones. Analytical mindset with an actionable Excel skillset, and a willingness to explore data, spot patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights. Comfort creating and presenting findings to teammates and stakeholders. Interest/awareness in how AI is changing the digital marketing landscape. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and balance priorities in a fast‑paced, distributed team environment. Bonus (not required): Exposure to marketing, content creation, design or analytics tools, or digital marketing platforms. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 0-USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc., as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
