We are looking for a hands-on Head Shift Lead who knows the rhythm of a high-volume café, can coach a team under pressure, and is passionate about delivering amazing hospitality to our community every single shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Leadership & Coaching: Lead shifts by example, driving speed of service, flawless beverage execution, and proactive team motivation.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards of quality control, food safety, and front-of-house cleanliness.
- Inventory & Workflow: Oversee efficient stock management, par levels, and station readiness during peak rushes.
- Guest Connection: Resolve customer inquiries smoothly while championing our signature \amazing\ hospitality.

What We’re Looking For
- Coffee Experience: Demonstrated hands-on barista experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee or cafe environment.
- Leadership Background: Previous supervisory, shift lead, or assistant manager experience within food service or retail.
- Drive & Organization: Exceptional communication skills, a calm demeanor during rushes, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- REQUIRED: High school degree or equivalent.
