Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: Tier 1: $350/hour and below; Tier 2: $351-$375/hour

What You ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN outpatient and inpatient care for diverse patient populations, including high-risk and low-risk cases
• Perform and assist with obstetric procedures such as L&D management and deliveries
• Conduct gynecological assessments, annuals, AUB, birth control consultations, and minor surgical procedures
• Support ultrasound imaging and basic OB/GYN diagnostics (note: US reading not required on call days)
• Manage Level 1 nursery and assist with EMR documentation in Epic
• Respond to emergencies and assist with procedures, including office-based surgeries and cervical procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, CNMs, FPOBs, and support staff

What You Need

• Valid Washington State Medical License
• Proven experience in OB/GYN practice
• Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies and gynecology procedures
• Strong communication skills; multilingual experience appreciated
• Ability to work flexible schedule including call shifts
• Preferred: Experience with Epic EMR and office-based procedures
