Registered Nurse – Hospice

Schedule: Varies, rotating weekends

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• BSN and/or previous home health/hospice or case management experience preferred
• Previous broad-based nursing experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in home and facility settings.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients' symptoms and medication.
• Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Document patient care and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Compliance / Notes:

• Use of personal automobile required; must maintain valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
