Application Administrator IT/Senior Application Administrator IT (Enterprise Content Management)

Under the guidance of the Manager, this position is responsible for production support of the organization’s applications. As the primary point of contact, this individual is knowledgeable in all technical and operational aspects of the applications supported. This role involves resolving issues that arise, investigating solutions to problems, collaborating closely with business partners and vendors, and providing Information Technology (IT) support for organization initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held. Application Administrator IT: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in application support or administration.Senior Application Administrator IT: Minimum 7 years of experience in application support or administration.Strong knowledge of application systems, databases, and IT infrastructure.Proven analytical thinking skills. Technical Project ManagementPlans and executes application/platform installations and upgrades.Manages project schedules and communicates status.Supports RFI/RFP development and evaluates options.Consults in contractual negotiations and recommends changes based on requirements. IT Leadership Support Supports IT leadership in IT departmental budgeting, allocation, cost recovery, and lifecycle management.
