Welcome to Aqua-Tots Swim Schools! We are on a mission to save lives by teaching children all over the world how to become safe and confident swimmers for life. 

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping families? Join us as a  Family Experience Teammate , where you’ll provide exceptional service, build relationships, and create a welcoming environment for every family. 

What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate:  

1. Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally. 
2. Guide families through their journey: Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise. 
3. Promote the Aqua-Tots experience: Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills. 
4. Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience. 
5. Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences. 
6. Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families. 
7. Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service. 

Qualifications:

1. Ability to routinley lift more than 60lbs
2. CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire
3. Must be 16 years of age or older
4. Must be elgible to work in the United states

2. Child-focused experience: Babysitting, teaching, coaching, or other roles involving children. 
3. Problem-solving ability: Comfort addressing customer inquiries and finding effective solutions. 
4. Excellent communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional interactions with families and teammates. 
5. Team-oriented mindset: A willingness to collaborate, help others, and contribute to a positive work environment. 
6. Passion for making an impact: A genuine desire to support families and teach water safety.
