As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Compensation: $70,000.00 annually Summary: Ideal candidates are analytical problem solvers. They have extensive knowledge of the care, operation, and overall repair and maintenance of the entire facility, grounds upkeep, and contracted services such as trash, elevator, boiler, HVAC, and window cleaning. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the team of technicians and maintenance personnel onsite. Previous supervisory experience is a requirement for the position.ResponsibilitiesPerforms repairs and maintenance and ensures cleanliness of the entire facilityManages contracts and contracted services that pertain to the maintenance of the facility and groundsOversees operation of mechanical and power equipment utilized in the maintenance of the facilityCoordinates exterior property cleaning and maintenance in accordance with company standardsImplements policies and procedures for the Building Maintenance Department, including compliance of all company standards relating to quality of products and servicesResponsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problemsMonitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expensesManages department members that may include, but is not limited to: Assistant Maintenance Manager, Housepersons, Carpenters, Security, Electricians, Technicians, Maintenance Staff, and PlumbersAssures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate.
