We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a modern, relationship-driven practice in Charlotte, NC

Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Focus on preventive care, wellness, and lifestyle medicine
Build long-term relationships with patients
️ Maintain accurate and efficient EMR documentation
Coordinate care with specialists when needed

✔️ MD/DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
✔️ Active North Carolina Medical License (or ability to obtain)
✔️ Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Passion for preventive and longitudinal care
✔️ Ability to work in a modern, membership-style care model (if applicable)

$250K annual compensation
