Control Account Manager

Control Account Manager – Product Support Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This position will provide day‑to‑day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio, including international programs. Location Andover, MA (Preferred). Additional options: McKinney, TX; El Paso, TX; Huntsville, AL. Security Clearance Requirement: U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. The position requires an active and existing security clearance on day one. Key Responsibilities Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results. Partner with program management, functional leads and internal partners across Raytheon/RTX in day‑to‑day program execution. Operate computer‑based programs, tools, and applications, including Microsoft Excel and APEX, to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases. Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis. Execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs, and assist with risk and opportunity identification and calculation. Professional Development Acquire Raytheon/RTX business acumen and understand SBU & SSBU organizational structure. Learn program management practices and organizational responsibilities. Required Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience. Prior financial analysis/budget management experience. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with financial planning and execution, EVMS, EACs, R&O management, and integrated master planning/scheduling. Experience developing and reviewing program and supervisory artifacts such as resource plans, BOEs, master schedules, WBS, and contract deliverables. Experience with program risk and opportunity processes. Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all leadership levels. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Compensation and Benefits Salary range for this role is $86,800 to $165,200 USD.
