A large multi-specialty primary care group in the Rio Grande Valley are currently seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join their expanding primary care group. Practicing and recent resident graduates to be considered. Excellent opportunity for J1 visa sponsorship.

Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, the group provides strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

\n

Current clinic locations for consideration: Port Isabel, TX; Raymondville, TX; and Weslaco, TX

Job Details:

\n

\n
• Outpatient Medicine in state-of-the-art clinics
\n
• Office based, no hospital rounding
\n
• Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm
\n
• Physicians – 2 Medical Assistant’s per provider
\n
• Supervisory APP’s
\n
• Daily patient encounter average – 18-20 patients
\n
• In house x ray imaging (site specific)
\n
• Call rotation – 1:7
\n
• No procedures
\n
• Excellent compensation with incentives, bonuses and partnership track availability
\n
• Spanish speaking preferred
\n
