Senior Director, Client Success

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Client Success based in United States. This is a senior client leadership role focused on managing strategic and complex healthcare relationships. You will oversee client performance, strengthen executive partnerships, and help protect long-term account value. The role combines relationship management, financial and operational analysis, and strategic problem-solving. You will lead recovery strategies for at-risk engagements and coordinate closely with operations and senior leadership. The position also involves identifying opportunities to expand services and demonstrate measurable value through reporting. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders while mentoring Directors and Client Success Managers. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced healthcare revenue cycle professional comfortable operating at an executive level. Accountabilities: - Manage a portfolio of strategic and complex healthcare client relationships, with a focus on partnership strength, performance, retention, and long-term value. - Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for key client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and maintaining strong engagement. - Provide regular updates to executive sponsors on client performance, risks, opportunities, and emerging priorities. - Engage executive leadership when strategic support, escalation, or intervention is required. - Lead the development and execution of action plans for at-risk client engagements. - Coordinate recovery strategies with operations teams and senior leadership to address performance challenges and improve client outcomes. - Monitor client health indicators and maintain accurate account information using client success and CRM platforms such as CSP or Salesforce. - Demonstrate client value through strategic reporting, financial analysis, operational insights, and performance updates.

- Identify opportunities for service expansion based on client needs, business performance, and relationship development. - Mentor Directors and Client Success Managers, helping strengthen client management capabilities and strategic account practices. - Proactively manage client partnerships to support retention, satisfaction, and sustainable business relationships. Requirements - Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. - Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, and strategically important client relationships. - Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and the ability to assess financial and operational performance. - Strong financial and operational analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to present performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations and complex client challenges. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience supporting the development of client-facing professionals. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in an eligible state.
