Provides senior-levelleadership and technicaloversight of the enterprisesystems environment.


Manages the VMwareplatform, virtual and physical server infrastructure,operating systems, coreservices (Active Directory,DNS, DHCP), and all cloudenvironments(SaaS/IaaS/PaaS).


Overseessystem health, lifecyclemanagement, softwarerenewals, and Tier 3escalations. Providesguidance, task assignments,and mentoring to the systemsteam.

Skills Required
•Ten years of progressivelyresponsible experience inenterprise systemsengineering, includingsenior or leadresponsibilities.
•Expert-level knowledgeof VMware virtualization, Windows Server, Linuxsystems, storageplatforms, and enterprisedirectory services.
•Experience managingenterprise ActiveDirectory, DNS/DHCP,group policies, andidentity integrationsacross cloud and on-premenvironments.
•Strong understanding ofcloud platforms(Azure/AWS), hybridarchitectures, andSaaS/PaaS/IaaS models.
•Ability to perform in depth troubleshooting androot-cause analysis ofcomplex system issues.
•Experience planning andexecuting large-scalesystem upgrades,migrations, and lifecyclereplacement.
•Ability to prepare systemstandards, documentation,diagrams, and procedures.
•Strong leadership andmentoring skills.•Advanced certificationspreferred (e.g., VCP,MCSE, Azure/AWSArchitect)
