As a Workplace Operations Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the office runs smoothly and our team is supported, allowing leadership to focus on strategic growth. Tech Stack: Email, calendars, presentations, spreadsheets What You’ll Actually Do Office Management: Manage daily office operations, supplies, space planning, and organization of common areas. Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, offsites, internal gatherings, and member/affiliate events. Executive and Administrative Support: Coordinate executive travel, manage front-desk reception, and handle shipping, errands, and pickups. Employee Experience: Curate onboarding/offboarding, workspace setup, and champion company culture through daily interactions and light HR support. Financial Support: Provide basic bookkeeping, manage bill payments, and support budget planning for office and events. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level. Recent graduate or early-career professional. Experience: None specified, relevant experience is a plus but not required.
