Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active or eligible SLP licensure in Texas
• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Collaborative mindset and passion for student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student population, both individually and in groups
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding students' communicative needs
• Provide consultation to classroom staff to support language-rich learning environments
