Desktop Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support / Workstation Support Technician to join a long-term onsite opportunity with a leading public-sector client in Tallahassee, Florida . Desktop, workstation, hardware & software support Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting Tier 2 Technical Support Network printers, smartphones & other IT devices Root Cause Analysis & Problem Resolution Technical documentation and customer support CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications are a plus Education: High School Diploma, Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science, or relevant technical certifications. Work Schedule: Flexibility required between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with possible rotational/on-call Saturday support.
