Competitive hourly pay rate of $273.00 Flexible shifts with ongoing coverage starting 05/10/2026 Work at a top-tier, Level 3 NICU in Southfield, MI, with a dedicated team and robust support system Quick Facts Location: Henry Ford Providence Southfield, 16001 West Nine Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075 Start Date: 05/10/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing coverage as needed Shift: 7 pm to 7 am, in-house call Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours per week Employment Type: Temporary/Locum Tenens License/Certifications: Michigan license in hand required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology; BLS, NRP certifications required Experience: Neonatology fellowship required, prior NICU experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $273.00 per hour Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Incentives such as referral bonuses Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Supportive, 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide in-house neonatology care in a Level 3 NICU setting Attend C-sections and manage neonatal resuscitation as needed Transfer neonates when required Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality neonatal care Document patient care using Cerner, Ecare, or PowerChart EMR systems Cover scheduled shifts and respond to urgent care needs within the facility Contribute to ongoing patient stabilization and family support What You Need Active Michigan medical license in hand Neonatology fellowship training (required) BC or BE in Neonatology, eligible American Board Certification preferred BLS and NRP certifications Minimum of 2 years’ NICU experience preferred Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital is a Level 3 NICU providing specialized neonatal care.
