Requirements:

• Board Certification by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) required
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• DEA license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Non-EM trained providers (FM/IM) may be considered with current ER experience: 70% of practice time in an Emergency Department within the past 24 months at a facility with 10,000+ annual patient visits, plus case logs from the most recent 2 years
