Design Professional II

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence in Central Texas and are seeking a Design Professional who is excited to contribute to and grow with our team along the I-35 corridor. Responsibilities Participate in conceptual design efforts and provide full project support from inception through construction. Develop and communicate technical design solutions that align with project goals, client expectations, and firm standards. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on specialized systems, offering guidance on technical challenges and design strategies. Maintain design intent throughout all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation. Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with directors and department leadership to develop and implement appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Support integration of engineering systems, materials, and construction methods into project designs. Contribute to team discussions and help drive decision-making on technical and design-related issues. Prepare and support the development of detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Perform quality control reviews to maintain technical accuracy and consistency across deliverables. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture required; licensure track preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural or design setting. Proficiency in Revit required. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
