Technical Project Manager - SAP

The PM will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the systems landscape and environment

Own and maintain the integrated systems and environment landscape plan across SAP and non-SAP systems for TranS4rm functions (Finance, OTC, Mfg Ops, NPI, S&P, S&S)

Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and testing teams to ensure environment availability and stability for each test cycle.

Manage tiered environments (e.g.,5+1 landscape vs 3+1 landscape including SaaS) and related

refresh plans in the context of TranS4rm (SAP & Non-SAP) ecosystem Testing cycle enablement & Cross-program coordination:

Ensure environment readiness for Mock loads, String Test, SIT1, SIT2, UAT1, and UAT2

Track and resolve environment-related defects and blockers during test execution.

Align with parallel programs (e.g., EWM, TM, GTS, RapidX, PLM, RMAX, Coupa) to ensure non-prod.

environment dependencies and integration points are accounted for Documentation, reporting, compliance & audit readines

Maintain up-to-date documentation on system environment & system landscape

Provide weekly status updates to the TranS4rm PMO and escalate risks proactively.

Ensure systems meet audit and compliance requirements, including SOX controls and data

retention policies

Required skills & experience:

10+ years of PM experience within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.

Deep understanding of S/4 architecture and satellite systems (e.g., MDG, Coupa, PLM).

Proven experience in managing complex system landscapes across multiple environments and test

cycles.

Environment readiness dashboards for each test cycle

Integrated refresh schedules & weekly status updated to DTMO

Risk & Issue logs related to system environments
