Sales & Use Tax Delivery Manager

We are hiring a senior Sales & Use Tax professional to embed realworld tax judgment into its product. This role sits inside the tax domain team and works closely with product and engineering to ensure multistate tax workflows reflect how tax teams and tax authorities actually operate.
- Own endtoend client onboarding and implementation, from kickoff through steadystate adoption
- Lead delivery of tax technology engagements using 1-2+ years of client transactional data
- Partner with engineering and data teams on ingestion, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Apply Sales & Use Tax judgment to validate results and identify incorrect tax outcomes
- Incorporate clientspecific rulings, facts, and authority guidance into implementations
- Deliver client demos showcasing highvalue transactions and outcomes
- Proactively identify delivery risks, unblock issues, and escalate strategically

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of multistate Sales & Use Tax experience
- Handson experience delivering tax projects or implementations
- Strong clientfacing background with ownership of outcomes
- Experience working with tax engines and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, procurement tools)
- Ability to analyze transactional data and explain tax results clearly
- Background in Big 4, inhouse tax, government, or a blend
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight in fastmoving environments


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in Big 4 Tax Technology/tax tech implementations
- Exposure to building or influencing tax technology products
- Startup or highgrowth technology experience
- Prior role combining project management + tax SME responsibilities
