Requirements Infectious Disease provider to ideally start picking up shifts in December. Looking for inpatient weekday and weekend coverage days 8a-4pm, as well as on call coverage from Friday 4pm-Monday 8am nights. Will work at GCMC and HPMC Campus. Work is done onsite. 25 patients per day. 4 total physicians inpatient. BLS and active FL license is required. Travel expenses are reimbursed per the Lee Health expense policy caps. At time of submission: Up to date CV & Lee Attestation Form REQUIRED Providers must have an active FL license, clean background and clean NPDB, must be Board Certified and must meet all procedure log requirements to be booked. **Must allow 30 days for credentialing**
