Staff Accountant

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a company that is in major growth mode. Responsibilities Work closely with the Controller to ensure daily financial operations are completed Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Prepare and submit payment applications, ensuring all necessary documentation and supporting information are included Record and track incoming deposits to maintain an up-to-date cash flow overview. Make journal entries to reflect adjustments and transactions in the accounting system Reach out to clients regarding overdue invoices to ensure any outstanding balances are addressed Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end financial statement preparation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance strongly preferred 3+ years of proven accounting experience in a corporate environment Experience with SAGE, Dynamics, or similar accounting software Strong Microsoft Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
