Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
• Interpret results accurately, diagnose discrepancies, and ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of lab instruments are performed.
• Support specimen collection efforts and skillfully prepare samples for further testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe lab environment while adhering to regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by upcoming ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment period.
