Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow. Supervise and train dental staff to maintain high standards of service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dental protocols. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues to enhance patient satisfaction. Monitor inventory and supply levels, placing orders as necessary. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote practice growth and patient engagement. Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to ensure profitability. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental office manager. Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental practice management software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
