Make an impact in early childhood education by supporting preschoolers as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dedicated elementary school setting. This contract-based position offers the opportunity to serve one site, focusing on an intensive preschool classroom, where you'll work closely with an engaged, collaborative team to help young learners build crucial communication skills for future success.

Desired Background and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or Clinical Fellow welcome)
• Active Colorado SLP license required
• Experience with PreK-aged students preferred
• Prior work with non-verbal or minimally verbal children a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements and return district contractor packet promptly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site speech-language therapy for a PreK caseload in an intensive classroom setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment goals targeting language, speech, and early communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, classroom aides, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with school and state standards
• Offer expertise to support non-verbal communication interventions
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for preschoolers
