Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full Time LPN to join our medical team at the Haralson County Jail in Georgia. This position offers a consistent rotating schedule with 12-hour day shifts, giving you structure, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a unique healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver patient care within scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Complete patient assessments and documentation
• Respond to sick call requests and medical needs
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility procedures
• Provide compassionate, professional care in a secure environment

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a structured environment
• Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Previous correctional or emergency nursing experience is helpful, but not required
