Direct Care Workers — Full-time 2nd shift availability: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Direct Care Workers — Full-time 3rd shift availability: 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Come in Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. No appointment is needed.
Bring two forms of identification with you to our Orchard Lake Campus.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must provide two forms of identification during your interview
Valid Driver’s License
Social Security Card
Resume (if not previously provided)
