Contract Length: 8 Weeks (Extension Possible)

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Schedule: 5x8-Hour Shifts, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $40–$46 per hour

Position Overview

Pride health seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide advanced administrative and executive support to hospital leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills, along with experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and supporting daily executive operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (required)
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and executive correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, policies, and procedures
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level management
  • Familiarity with healthcare administration and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership and department heads.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with special projects, data collection, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conference registrations, and executive events as needed.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and administrative procedures.
