POSITION SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will support Cardone Ventur"es’ enterprise initiatives as part of the Corporate Content team, producing high-impact visuals across company-wide projects. This role encompasses creating branded content for live events, internal training, and operational assets, as well as supporting 10X Business Academy learning programs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver compelling, brand-aligned visuals that elevate client experiences, reinforce learning objectives, and enhance operational effectiveness.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Designing graphics that align with Cardone Ventur"es’ brand standards, optimized for digital and print formats, and contributing to consistent client and team experiences. Working collaboratively with internal teams to produce event content, operational assets, and training materials that support enterprise initiatives and 10X Business Academy learning.

OBJECTIVES

Design visual assets for enterprise events, including presentations, signage, digital collateral, and on-brand creative that enhances the attendee experience. Create engaging visual content for training programs, including course graphics, infographics, illustrations, and layouts that drive clarity and learning retention. Develop branded operational assets such as templates, playbooks, internal communications, and digital tools that support enterprise scalability. Produce graphics and motion elements for video content, including animations, transitions, and overlays that strengthen storytelling and message delivery. Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and are optimized across formats including digital, print, and multimedia. Partner with stakeholders from Events, L&D, Marketing, and Operations to conceptualize and deliver visuals that align with business goals. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously raise the quality and impact of Cardone Ventur"es’ design output. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while prioritizing based on company initiatives and business needs.

COMPETENCIES

Proficient in Keynote, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and Animate) Knowledge of design best practices for online learning and instructional visuals, with an understanding of UX principles as they apply to training content. Demonstrates a creative approach to design, with an eye for detail and originality in developing visuals that support learning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital content for learning, training, or educational programs. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing design work that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual storytelling.
