Sales Engineer

Focused on pre-sales and ongoing client support, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will engage with clients to define business requirements, drive new sales opportunities, and present tailored solutions while developing relationships with key decision-makers. Key responsibilities Provide pre-sales support for Compliance and Managed Security Sales, engaging clients to identify business requirements Develop and maintain relationships with technical decision-makers, driving new sales opportunities within target accounts Translate client requirements into proposals and articulate the value proposition to both technical and business audiences Required qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security, with a minimum of 2 years in technical solutioning and presales Significant experience in a presales/sales engineering role focused on supporting sales to Enterprise accounts Proven ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences in customer-facing roles Strong technical knowledge of security technologies and familiarity with various security products Excellent written skills for creating RFP responses, proposals, and gathering technical requirements
