Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) registered nurses are integral to providing specialized, high-quality care to cardiac patients. This role involves delivering safe, patient-centered care within a collaborative environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills to meet the complex needs of cardiac patients in a specialized ICU setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 11.5 hours per shift, minimum of 34.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid NYS Registered Nurse License; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and active enrollment in a BSN program; minimum of 2 years RN experience; 1 year Post Open Heart and Cardiac Care Unit experience; 2 years total RN experience; 1 year travel nursing experience for travel positions, not required for per diem positions; EPIC experience highly preferred
• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular
• Additional Information: Perform charge nurse duties, coordinate resource utilization, ensure documentation compliance, and facilitate patient throughput. Contribute to clinical competence and professional development, uphold safety standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
