Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (annual salary ranging from $287,000 to $347,000 depending on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive screenings, routine physicals, and wellness visits
• Manage chronic diseases with tailored treatment plans
• Perform pediatric care, including well-child visits, immunizations, and common illnesses
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within Epic EMR
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to underserved communities

What You Need:

• Active Texas Medical License and Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience across all age groups
• Experience working with underserved or community-based populations is a plus
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with a diverse patient population
• Proficiency with Epic EMR or similar systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
