As a premier residential service company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our in-home sales team. Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies and motivate, influence, and impact a team of Sales Reps. Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives Directing and coordinating all sales activities. Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service Setting discount rates and determining price schedules Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills You can be successful in this position if you: Are self-motivated Possess excellent one-on-one presentation skills Assertive and results-oriented with a need to succeed Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life Hold customer service as a top priority Conduct business based on honesty and integrity Compensation: Base Salary (based on experience, geography, and span of control) + commission and bonus plan Total Pay: (Base + Commission) - $120,000 - $280,000 per year
