Sr. HR Generalist- HR Operations

Senior HR Generalist focused on HR operations and process improvements at a biopharmaceutical company. Executes and enhances HR operational processes across employee and contingent worker lifecycles, manages Workday and VNDLY systems, and partners cross-functionally to implement efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate HR operational processes across employee and contingent worker lifecycles
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; implement practical solutions for improvement
- Serve as subject matter expert for Workday, VNDLY, and contingent workforce management systems
- Conduct audits of worker data to maintain integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Lead HR operations and process improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years progressive HR experience in operations, systems, or workforce management
- Strong expertise with Workday and VNDLY or similar VMS platforms
- Experience supporting contingent workforce processes and vendor interactions
- Demonstrated process improvement skills including mapping and root-cause analysis
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Attention to data integrity and ability to manage competing priorities independently
Compensation: $97,000-$133,000 base
