Relationship Banker

About the Role Relationship Bankers build long‑term client relationships and provide customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals. They collaborate with internal partners, deliver outstanding service, and engage customers across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships by offering sound financial advice and customized solutions. Conduct financial reviews for consumers and small businesses to uncover needs and recommend solutions. Perform client outreach through in‑person interactions, outbound calls, and community events. Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer and small business loans. Manage and grow loan and deposit portfolios, ensuring compliance with bank standards. Educate customers on internal partner services such as Treasury Management. Resolve client issues with digital products and services. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of banking and/or sales experience, including relationship building and meeting sales goals. Minimum 2 years in loan origination and processing functions. In‑depth knowledge of consumer and business products and proficiency in lending. Ability to analyze cash flow, financial statements, and market risk. Proficiency with online banking platforms, mobile banking, ATM, and business applications. Potential to act as a Bank MLO for open‑end transactions and required to register under the SAFE Act. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $20.00 – $29.00, with eligibility for a performance‑based incentive plan.
