We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Superviso r to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client’s manufacturing facility close to Stockton, CA .

**Pay **- $35-$45/hr

**Shift **- 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

• Train, develop, and support maintenance employees.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluations.

• Coach employees and address performance or disciplinary issues as needed.

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and maintenance problems.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production needs.

• Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and buildings.

• Repair machinery and equipment using manuals, diagrams, and specifications.

• Order necessary maintenance parts and supplies.

• Maintain maintenance records and prepare required reports.

• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is required.

• 3–5 years of machine repair and maintenance experience, including 1–3 years of supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, controls, and welding systems.

• Knowledge of equipment safety and applicable regulations.

• Familiarity with maintenance tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer software.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
